Part 2:

Love other people

When you love unconditionally FIRST, they will love you in return.

People are so quick to hate somebody or not like somebody. People they don’t even know. Just because they don’t like the way they dress or walk, etc.

Instead of being so quick to hate people, why not be so quick to love people. It’s not going to hurt you.

When you can start sending love to the person that did you wrong or the person that hurt you, it’ll change everything.

The same love that you have for your kids, family, friends… is the same love you should be giving yourself and others.

—What happens is that someone will hurt you or you’ll hurt yourself and instead of dealing with it, we push it down. We pile more and more shit on top of it and we never heal. So it sits there and it never allows you to be free.

If this is you (which I’m sure its most of us), you need to dig deep and start working on all of the shit you have piled up. You need to sit with the emotion and release it forever.

We get it…. Its not an easy thing to love everyone. So find what it is you need to do to help you forgive, release any wrong doing, and to truly love them.

Ryan reflects on things that he might be holding onto and releases them. While Wesley prays for God to help her to forgive and love others that have done wrong to her.

Its all a daily practice. But you can start to catch yourself. If someone approaches you the wrong way… as it will probably irritate you initially, try to approach it a different way. Instead of trying to stand your ground and be above them, come from a place of gratitude and love. It’ll change the whole situation.

Go seek places where you can love on people. This goes back to serving. There are a ton of places you can volunteer where the people need, want, give & receive so much love everyday.

Part 3:

Forgiveness

When you forgive the other person, its gonna come back to you. So many times we hold back from forgiving because we tell ourselves that they don’t deserve it. But guess what?! Its not for them!

When you start forgiving people and taking responsibility for things, you let the flood gates open for abundance.

As soon as you start using forgiveness in this way and taking responsibility for the things that have happened in your life, you gain the power. When you don’t take responsibility, you’re giving others the full power of your life.

So again, its not gonna be easy. It’s work. But PRAY for God to help you to get to the place where you can truly forgive and love others. When you do… and that day comes, you’ll finally be free and not anyones puppet anymore.
