Darren has created complete lifestyle freedom in his life through real estate, but he is not your typical real estate guy. He does not grind 24/7 or spend his time showing houses to people who never take any action! He works when he wants, has passive income, and travels the world!

One of the things we love about Darren is that he is an absolute master at understanding money, how it works, and how to use the law of attraction to make as much money, and create as much freedom as he desires.

Q1: Where did the “Never Settle” Attitude come from?

I was always told to go to college, get a degree, but that didn’t work for me. I got a door a door job, and really shaped me!

Then I decided to be an military ranger but couldn’t get into the program

Then I started selling cars.

Then everything changed when I was about to have my first child! I was feeling like I wasn’t a man, not supporting

Then I set a goal to read the Bible, I got up early and read the bible cover to cover. I got up early

That was the first goal I set, I did it! That led to other books. I started reading finance books. I was

Then I got into real estate. I was building slow equity! It took us from a small house, was doing a rent to own

I was able to pay off my car, had money in my pocket and my real estate career was off and running!

I was reading books the whole time!

Q2: Have you always been a reader?

No, It started when I read the bible! I was just sick and tired of being sick and

The Bible is the original book on the Law of Attraction!

You may not always mentally ready to always grab everything in your current book. Read it anyway and come back to the same books later. When you come back!

Q3: I never see you really worry about things, Have you always been that way?

You have to build your belief. Reading stories of others that have come from nothing, will help set that belief!

I had  to move back in with my mom at 40 years old, with two kids, that was hard and very humbling for me.

Then I started really painting the picture of what my life looked like! I left no stone uncovered.

“I remember sitting in my bed, reading the note cards that I had written about my car, my house, my travel, and every feeling that came with what my life looked life.

I created my vision boards and everything came true. I live it now. I live very comfortably

Seven years ago, I had nothing! Its amazing! but every time I drift off a little bit, I just turn my FOCUS back up, and it starts getting even better

It starts with the foundation! create an unshakeable BELIEF

Its like religion, you can’t pray, but don’t truly believe those prayers are going to answered with YES!

I actually just took my tv out of my room again and I am back to listening to audio books when I sleep!

Q4: Whats your advice to someone working towards something BIG?

It’s hard to really say, you have to take baby steps.

The law of attraction doesn’t work unless you believe! The baby steps allow you to actually build your belief and stack the small wins that prepare you to be ready for that BIG win that surges you to the next level that changes your life. Puts you in the next tax bracket.

The Secret was a great tool for me! Just learning how to manifest a good parking spot can be a great place to start practicing gratitude.

I don’t care how bad anything is in your life, you can find something to be grateful for.

You need to learn how to make commitments. You make a commitment to brush your teeth, go to the gym, and the same applies in your business!

When you get where you’re going. Its ok to want more. My word is INCREASE. Each year, just increase every area of my life.

Did you ever have people in your life that didn’t support your goals?

You want your family to support you, because you love them, but sometimes they are the worst go want support from.

You need to have laser focused, so that the people in your life can not knock you off your focus. Get around new people so if you have to be around negative people it offsets their negativity.

Q5: Whats your take on Network Marketing For Your Success?

I will always give my success back to network marketing. It helped me get out of my comfort zone, and learning how to start conversations, etc. It really builds your character.

It’s the best education you can get. Way better than any other formal education. I was only in network marketing

I would never discourage anyone from doing network marketing. The people are great to help you change your mindset. Once I got around people like that, things really started solidifying in my life. The people in network marketing become your mentors.

Q6: Can You Recap Your Main Advice To Attracting More In Life?

My affirmations: “God riches flow to me in avalanches of abundance”

Get focused on what needs to be done. Cut out all distractions. Make a list of things that are keeping you from where you want to be and start now!

Don’t worry about the HOW, let the universe decide the how. You just decide the what.

Run towards your passion. My passion was travel. It had nothing to do with my business. But my business led to travel. It allowed me to travel. I wanted to travel, and I needed a business that allowed me to do that.

So lay your foundation!

You have to have a VISION & Belief.

Decide what you want. Create a vision in your mind of what it looks like when you accomplish it.
