Ep 6: Your Business Won't Grow Without These 3 Things

Part  1- You have to LOVE yourself. Self love is non existent in a lot of people.

If you talked to other people the way you talk to yourself, you would not be your own friend. Lol… seriously though!

It takes time and effort to really talk to yourself out of love. It’s not easy and it takes work  daily… but it’s super important.

It comes from insecurity. But if we want to live the life and  and have the business that we dream of, we cant keep letting those insecurities creep out. And they will if you don’t check them!

Insecurities will always show up and hinder building your business (and keep you from living a joyful life of course).

Some tips to help you love yourself:

• Stay in Gratitude. Be grateful for everything that’s ever happened to you and everything you have. Even if it’s not exactly everything you want at the moment.
• Write out all the things you’re grateful for so you can realize how much you actually have to be grateful for.
• Love on yourself daily.
• Love on other people daily.

And some tips on how to make those things easier:

• Meditate
• Sit with yourself and the things you do love about yourself
• Write post-its and put them when you read them throughout the day.
• Reflect every day and reflect on “What good did I do today?”
• Little things that you do and serve will always make you feel good about yourself and help you through the journey.
• Surround yourself with people that love themselves (check your circle).
• Seek people that love themselves.
• Do things by yourself and learn how to enjoy being with yourself.
• Ride in the car and don’t listen to anything. Ride in silence and enjoy spending time by yourself and God.
