Ep 15: Is Marketing Your Business On Social Media A Energy Sucking Grind?

If you feel like mocial media is a grind, it doesn’t have to be!

When we first started building on SM, it absolutely was a grind. We’d be at our full-time jobs sneaking away to be on our phone to talk to EVERYONE.

We were grinding offline first then went online without actually learning the right way to do it. So there we were grinding on social media just like we were offline.

We learned that we were wasting so much time with all the wrong people.

When we first started, we were taught to “TALK TO EVERYONE”. Thats what made it such a grind. Now we know to “TALK TO ALL OF THE RIGHT PEOPLE”.

A member from our VIP Tribe hit us up yesterday and said, “I went from talking to 100 people and getting 1 client to talking to 10 and get 2 clients”.

When you know WHO you should be talking to, you spend way less time talking to the wrong people, getting frustrated, burnt out, and wasting time.

Figure out who it is you should be talking to, handle your business and spend the rest of the time with your family.

A lot of people think social media is a grind cause they have to respond to comments. If thats you, you’re probably attracting the wrong people. You should WANT to engage with the people on your timeline.

So if you need to get rid of some people on your social media, DO IT! (Just dont make a big announcement about it… thats super lame lol)

If you feel like social media is grind, go back to your mindset. 

  • Do you treat business like a grind?
  • Are you connected with people you’d actually wanna spend time with?

Once you start connecting to the right people, social media isn’t such a grind.
