Scripts are all around us. We use them daily and don't even know that we use them at times. You say “hello” and I am supposed to respond back “Hello” in return, right? So just about every conversation we have is a script of some sort! So just as in any conversation the correlating response has to be RIGHT in order to get the proper response from the other party.
